Graphic Designer / Brand Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Trifid Media is hiring a full-time hybrid Graphic Designer / Brand Manager based in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility for some work from home. The role develops and executes visual brand identities for Trifid Media and its clients, including digital assets for social media, campaigns and marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics and logos, design layouts and define and maintain brand guidelines
• Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with content and influencer management teams, prepare design concepts and presentations
• Adapt visuals for Arabic and English audiences
• Support creative strategy, contribute ideas for brand growth and manage multiple projects within deadlines

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, with the ability to localize visual content for regional audiences
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Doha, manage deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in social media, influencer marketing or digital agencies is beneficial
• A relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field is preferred

Required skills

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showing digital and social media work
• Logo design and branding, including visual identities and brand guidelines
• Typography and layout for both Arabic and English design
• Professional use of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite; basic motion/animation skills are an advantage
