About the role
The Interior Design Group Leader at IKEA Qatar is responsible for the visual presentation of the product range in the showroom, ensuring all designs align with IKEA standards and concepts. The role combines creative design work with commercial activities to enhance the store’s aesthetic appeal and drive customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement interior displays and showroom layouts according to the IKEA concept.
- Conduct daily inspections, correct damages promptly, and maintain all areas to IKEA standards.
- Support the store commercial calendar and assist visual merchandisers on projects.
- Design and decorate room sets to inspire customers and provide home furnishing solutions.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in interior or architectural design.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong drafting, space planning, interior and architectural design skills.
