Guest Relations Agent

About the role

A warm, dynamic and guest-focused Guest Relations Agent is sought for the Alwadi Doha hotel, part of the MGallery collection. As the face of the hotel, the agent creates meaningful and memorable experiences for guests through personalized service, attentive care and genuine hospitality. The hotel is a 5-star boutique property in Msheireb Downtown Doha, 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival, during their stay and at departure, and provide personalized, attentive service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally, with follow-up and resolution.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, room assignments, reservations and other Front Office operations as required.
• Build strong guest relationships, coordinate special requests, celebrations, VIP arrivals and guest preferences, and handle complaints with empathy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests and feedback, and gather feedback regularly to improve service.
• Liaise with other hotel departments, help coordinate guest activities and events, and promote hotel facilities, services and local experiences.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive and guest-focused attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of hotel systems is a plus.
