Influencer Manager

About the role

Snoonu is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Influencer Manager to lead and grow its creator ecosystem. You will manage existing brand ambassadors, expand a diverse influencer roster across Qatar and GCC, and develop an affiliate marketing program that drives measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the brand ambassador portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with ambassadors and their representatives.
• Develop and continuously expand a high‑performing influencer roster across relevant categories.
• Create a structured influencer database with demographics, engagement metrics, rates, and performance history.
• Collaborate with Social Media, PR, Events, Creative, and Marketing teams for integrated campaign execution.
• Negotiate and optimize partnership agreements to maximize commercial impact.
• Plan, track, and optimize influencer and ambassador budgets, defining clear KPIs.
• Lead the Influencer Executive and establish efficient processes for creator outreach, contracting, and reporting.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Creator Partnerships, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Proven track record managing high‑profile brand ambassadors or long‑term creator partnerships.
• Strong network of influencers, creators, and talent managers in Qatar.
• Deep understanding of Qatar and GCC influencer culture, trends, and audience behavior.

Required skills

• Exceptional relationship‑management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to develop tailored engagement plans and performance metrics.
• Experience with budget planning, tracking, and optimization.
• Leadership skills to develop and manage an Influencer Executive.
