Junior Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to support our international shipping operations. The role involves managing import and export activities, ensuring documentation is accurate, and liaising with internal and external partners to guarantee timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify import/export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers and transport companies to schedule shipments.
• Track shipments from origin to final delivery and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Maintain professional communication via email, handling inquiries, order confirmations and document requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in logistics, preferably in import and export operations.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Outlook for professional email communication.
• Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems (advantageous).
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping terms.
• Basic understanding of customs clearance procedures and import/export regulations.
