Key Account Sales Specialist

About the role

The Key Account Sales Specialist will be based in Doha and will drive growth for a premium coffee, tea and equipment distributor. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts and staying ahead of market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across B2B, B2C and showroom divisions.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Manage key customer and supplier relationships, ensuring service excellence.
• Identify and secure new suppliers, business opportunities and market segments.
• Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering high performance.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences.
• Conduct market research, analyze data and define target markets.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of business development or marketing experience, with exposure to strategic leadership.
• Proven ability to work efficiently with a team under executive management.
