L1 & L2 Support Engineer – OMNIA and Tolling Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced L1 & L2 Support Engineer to provide operational and technical support for OMNIA Traffic Management Systems and Tolling Back‑Office Systems. The role involves real‑time monitoring, incident resolution, system handover, change implementation and reporting to ensure continuous availability and performance of critical ITS infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor OMNIA and tolling systems in real time and respond to incidents promptly.
• Resolve L1 and L2 technical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Perform system handovers and implement approved changes.
• Generate reports on system performance, availability and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain 24/7 mission‑critical operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in L1/L2 IT or OT operations support.
• Hands‑on experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems, traffic management or tolling environments.
• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and ready to join immediately.

Required skills

• VMware, vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, ESXi and HCI/VxRail clusters.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, CRM, databases, RSE systems and back‑office transaction flow.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, change management and SLA monitoring.
