Luxury Sales Assistant – Retail

About the role

As a Luxury Sales Assistant for Sandro at Doha Festival City, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience that reflects Al‑Futtaim’s values of respect, excellence, collaboration and integrity. You will use your product knowledge and customer‑service skills to guide shoppers and achieve sales targets in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, luxury‑level customer service and product advice across all categories.
• Drive sales by actively engaging customers, promoting the brand and meeting daily targets.
• Participate in floor replenishment, visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards.
• Stay informed about store promotions, campaigns and new arrivals.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a luxury retail setting.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts across a six‑day week.
