MEP Engineer (Electrical Background)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background to join a leading cooling solutions company in Qatar. The role focuses on supervising, coordinating, and maintaining MEP systems to ensure efficient building operations and successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the installation and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Coordinate electrical, HVAC, and plumbing activities on site.
• Review technical drawings and project specifications for compliance.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot MEP‑related issues and support ongoing projects.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in MEP or facility‑management projects.
• Experience in the GCC region is an advantage.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering knowledge.
• HVAC system expertise.
• Plumbing system understanding.
• Technical drawing review.
