MEP Engineer (Electrical Background)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background to join a leading cooling solutions company in Qatar. The role focuses on supervising, coordinating, and maintaining MEP systems to ensure efficient building operations and successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of MEP systems.
- Coordinate electrical, HVAC, and plumbing activities on site.
- Review technical drawings and project specifications for compliance.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot MEP‑related issues and support ongoing projects.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in MEP or facility‑management projects.
- Experience in the GCC region is an advantage.
Required skills
- Electrical engineering knowledge.
- HVAC system expertise.
- Plumbing system understanding.
- Technical drawing review.
