Mixologist – Luxury Hotel & Resort

About the role

The Mixologist will craft exceptional non‑alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, fresh juices and signature drinks, for guests at a luxury hotel and resort. This role combines creativity, technical skill and outstanding customer service to deliver memorable beverage experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of mocktails, specialty drinks and fresh juices according to approved recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning and presentation while minimizing waste and supporting cost control.
• Engage with guests to identify preferences, provide personalized recommendations and handle inquiries, feedback and complaints courteously.
• Ensure all ingredients, garnishes and equipment are properly prepared, stored and rotated in line with hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Operate the outlet point‑of‑sale system accurately, record sales and assist with inventory control and stock management.

Required profile

• Relevant degree, diploma or professional certification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort or fine‑dining environment, preferably with mixology or beverage preparation.
• Strong knowledge of mocktails, flavor combinations, garnishing techniques and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of hygiene, food safety and proper handling of beverage ingredients.
