Operations Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Flat White Specialty Coffee is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and elevate its multi‑branch café network in Doha. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales, cost control, and overall profitability across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experience.
• Drive sales performance, cost control, and profitability with full P&L ownership.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and their teams.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations.
• Optimize staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the central kitchen, supply chain, and support functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in F&B operations management, preferably multi‑unit.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L, COGS, and operational KPIs.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• GCC experience is an advantage.
