Product Manager – Digital Twin

About the role

Parsons is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the definition, delivery and evolution of an operational Geospatial Digital Twin for a major national infrastructure owner in the Middle East. The role will drive a multi‑year initiative that integrates geospatial data, real‑time IoT/SCADA feeds, asset information and enterprise systems to enable data‑driven planning, operations and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the operational Digital Twin, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end business process analysis across planning, operations and maintenance to define how the twin supports workflows.
• Translate business needs into prioritized product backlogs and requirements covering software and GIS components.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery, design and proof‑of‑concept to implementation and post‑implementation support.
• Define functional and non‑functional requirements (usability, performance, scalability, security) and embed them in solution architecture.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including GIS, software development, data engineering and integration partners.
• Oversee integration of GIS platforms such as Esri ArcGIS with enterprise and operational systems to maintain a single source of truth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering complex geospatial or Digital Twin solutions.
• Strong ability to analyse business processes and translate them into technical product specifications.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating multiple vendors and internal teams.
