Project Manager – QA/QC

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – QA/QC to lead our testing, inspection and certification services for oil and gas projects. The role involves overseeing a team of coordinators and inspectors, ensuring compliance with client quality requirements, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Team Leaders who manage day‑to‑day activities of coordinators and inspectors.
• Act as the first‑level focal point for client teams (Quality, Procurement/Expediting, Coordination) on contract execution and technical reporting.
• Delegate operational and technical tasks to Team Leaders, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
• Participate in Kick‑Off Meetings, Pre‑Inspection Meetings and Progress Meetings, delegating routine attendance as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with contract quality and commercial KPIs and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client quality requirements and project specifications.
• Monitor project schedule updates from the client and provide leadership, technical and administrative support to the team.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in onshore and offshore oil and gas projects.
• Proven experience in quality control and assurance.
• Experience managing and supervising procurement inspections.
