About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a PTW Holder for offshore work in the oil and gas sector. The role covers obtaining, reviewing and maintaining valid Permit to Work documentation before work begins, ensuring offshore activities comply with approved PTW procedures, HSE standards and client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Verify risk assessments, toolbox talks, gas tests, isolations and required safety precautions.
- Coordinate with offshore supervisors, HSE personnel, operations teams and work crews.
- Monitor worksite conditions and stop work immediately if unsafe conditions or permit violations arise.
- Ensure permits are correctly suspended, extended, transferred, closed or cancelled after completion.
- Maintain accurate permit records, supporting documents and daily offshore permit status updates.
- Confirm personnel understand job hazards, emergency procedures, escape routes and offshore safety requirements.
Required profile
- At least 4-6 years of offshore experience in the Oil & Gas / LNG sector.
- PTW QELNG approval.
- Valid TBOSIET, H2S and OMF certifications.
