QC Inspector – Instrumentation

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced QC Inspector specialized in instrumentation to ensure compliance with international codes and project specifications across oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, LNG and industrial construction projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of instrumentation quality control and inspection experience in EPC, plant construction, shutdowns, commissioning or maintenance.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection procedures and relevant certifications (CompEx, ATEX, ISA preferred).

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, instrument loop diagrams, hook‑up, wiring and termination drawings, instrument index sheets and control system architecture drawings.
• Inspection and testing of pressure transmitters, temperature instruments, flow meters, level instruments, control valves, analyzers, fire & gas systems, PLC, DCS, ESD and SIS.
• Instrument calibration, loop checking, cable installation and termination inspection, junction box and marshalling cabinet inspection, tubing and impulse line verification, FAT and SAT activities.
