Rental Agent – Car Rental Services

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Rental Agent to join our National Car Rental team in Doha. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing vehicle rentals, and ensuring a smooth and efficient rental experience for all clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive rental orders in person or by phone, describe available options, compute costs and accept payments.
• Explain rental fees, policies and procedures to customers.
• Provide information on vehicle availability, features and operational details.
• Greet customers, discuss their needs and recommend suitable rental solutions.
• Calculate charges for rentals and services, handle cash and card transactions.
• Answer telephone inquiries, provide information and process orders.
• Arrange vehicle rentals, schedule returns and maintain accurate reservation records.
• Keep detailed records of transactions and customer traffic.
• Prepare rental agreements, obtain signatures and verify required licenses.
• Inspect vehicles, adjust equipment to meet customer requirements and prepare them for display or rental.
• Receive, examine, tag and store vehicles for cleaning, repair or storage, advising customers on proper use and care.
