Room Attendant

About the role

Join the housekeeping team at Ibis and Adagio Doha, a multi‑branded hotel complex offering 306 rooms and serviced apartments. As a Room Attendant you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑presented and meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards.
• Report maintenance defects through KnowCross.
• Adhere to brand and quality audit standards throughout the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials.
• Provide exceptional customer care with a friendly attitude.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as required.
• Attend required training sessions and continuously improve skills.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical fitness to stand, lift, push and pull for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to challenging situations.
