About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Rotating Equipment Engineer in Doha to cover inspection, installation, preservation, testing and quality monitoring of rotating equipment on oil and gas and petrochemical projects.
Key responsibilities
- Review and approve ITPs, method statements, work instructions and quality documents.
- Monitor rotating equipment delivery, storage, preservation, installation and inspection activities.
- Carry out actual, witness and surveillance inspections according to approved ITPs.
- Verify compliance with project drawings, specifications, codes and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors and discipline engineers.
- Prepare daily inspection reports and raise NCRs for quality deficiencies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience on large international onshore oil and gas / petrochemical projects.
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
Required skills
- Knowledge of rotating equipment inspection, installation, storage, preservation, testing and QA/QC procedures.
- Good understanding of international codes, standards, drawings, specifications and ISO quality requirements.
