Sales Executive – Media & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to expand revenue across our media and marketing portfolio in Qatar. The role combines new‑business hunting with account growth, targeting brands, agencies and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close new business for advertising, sponsorships, branded content and integrated marketing services.
• Build and manage a pipeline of direct clients, media agencies and government/semi‑government accounts.
• Prepare tailored proposals, rate cards and commercial presentations.
• Collaborate with editorial, creative and performance teams to create integrated packages that deliver results.
• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, negotiation, contracting and collection follow‑up.
• Upsell and renew existing accounts to achieve growth targets.
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings across Doha.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, publishing or an agency environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Existing network of client and agency contacts in Qatar or the wider GCC is a strong advantage.
• Confident presenter to senior decision‑makers with strong negotiation skills.
• Understanding of digital advertising formats such as display, social, video, native and sponsored content.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
