About the role

We are seeking a Sales Officer to manage end‑to‑end travel experiences for our aviation clients in Doha. The role combines customer service, sales, and coordination to ensure flawless journeys from initial inquiry to final payment.

Key responsibilities

Assess specific travel requirements and prepare tailored sales offers.
Arrange special requests such as transportation services and catering.
Handle customer enquiries, financial payments, and short‑notice changes as the single point of contact.
Monitor the entire service process to guarantee quality and timeliness.
Execute a range of sales and marketing activities supporting the company’s growth targets.

Required profile

High school diploma with at least two years of relevant experience.
Background in aviation or business aviation is advantageous.
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail, organisational skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
