Senior Consultant - AI Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead AI transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. The role bridges executive strategy and hands‑on delivery, turning AI vision into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to define AI priorities and develop enterprise‑wide roadmaps.
• Identify and evaluate AI use cases across functions, building business cases with ROI, cost and risk assessments.
• Design end‑to‑end AI solutions, including data pipelines, models, workflows, governance and integration with cloud, hybrid or on‑premise environments.
• Lead delivery of pilots, proofs of concept and production deployments, coordinating internal teams and vendors.
• Establish responsible AI governance, KPIs and dashboards, and run capability‑building workshops.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, consulting or enterprise technology leadership.
• Proven track record of working directly with senior executives and delivering strategic AI initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong commercial mindset, executive presence and ability to operate independently at pace.

Required skills

• Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI copilots and AI agents.
• Analytics and automation platforms.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP and NVIDIA ecosystem.
• Enterprise architecture, API integration, data platforms and security.
