Senior System Engineer – Power Platform & Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and maintain data‑driven applications and analytics solutions. The role blends system engineering, data science, and business process automation to deliver high‑impact tools for multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps, including model‑driven apps.
• Create automated workflows and approval processes with Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Manage data storage, security, and integration using Dataverse and other databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics, and document solutions.
• Provide training, support, and ongoing maintenance for deployed solutions.
• Analyze licensing needs, recommend cost‑effective configurations, and monitor usage.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3+ years developing on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
