Spa Therapist

About the role

Alwadi Hotel Doha, the first MGallery boutique hotel in Msheireb Downtown Doha, is looking for a Spa Therapist. You will create meaningful wellbeing experiences that help guests relax and recharge, delivering treatments with skilled hands and a refined approach to service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, personalized spa treatments, massages and wellness services to MGallery standards
• Consult guests about their needs and preferences before each treatment and recommend suitable treatments and products
• Create a calm, welcoming environment and ensure guest privacy, comfort and wellbeing
• Keep treatment rooms, equipment and spa areas clean, hygienic and organized
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow spa procedures and safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Spa Supervisor of replenishment needs
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to the supervisor
• Assist colleagues and support the day-to-day running of the spa

Required profile

• Certification or qualification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related field
• Previous hotel spa experience is an asset
• Warm, caring and professional personality with a genuine interest in guest wellbeing
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and strong organization
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Required skills

• Knowledge of massage techniques, spa treatments and wellness practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team
