Spa Therapist (Male)

About the role

Alwadi Hotel Doha, the first MGallery boutique hotel in Msheireb Downtown Doha, is looking for a male Spa Therapist. As a Spa Therapist you create meaningful wellbeing experiences that help guests relax and recharge, delivering treatments with skilled hands and a refined approach to service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, personalized spa treatments, massages and wellness services to MGallery standards
• Consult guests about their needs, preferences and wellness goals, then recommend suitable treatments and products
• Create a calm, welcoming environment and ensure guest privacy, comfort and wellbeing
• Keep treatment rooms, equipment and spa areas clean, hygienic and well organised
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene and professional appearance
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on treatments, products and wellness practices
• Keep accurate treatment records and follow spa procedures and safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and tell the Spa Supervisor what needs replenishing
• Support daily spa operations, handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to the supervisor

Required profile

• Certification or qualification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related field
• Previous hotel, resort or wellness spa experience is an asset
• Warm, caring and professional personality with a genuine passion for guest wellbeing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion and attention to detail
• Organised, able to manage appointments and treatment schedules, and able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
