System Integrator Expert (Consultant - PMC & Technical Support)

About the role

The System Integrator Expert is engaged as a consultant for Project Management & Consulting (PMC) and technical support during Phase 3 of a project, covering implementation, PMC and technical support. The role reports to the Project Director / Client Representative and oversees system implementation, ensuring adherence to approved project plans, timelines and quality standards, while supporting the client to completion and issuance of the Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC). It acts as a key interface between stakeholders, system vendors and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the progress of the Designated System Integrator (DSI) against the approved project plan, scope, schedule and milestones, and support the client in tracking progress, risks, dependencies and corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including client teams, system integrators, vendors and third parties, and take part in regular project meetings, reviews and technical workshops.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight across specialized system integration domains, review technical documents, designs, integration plans, test results and deliverables, and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical, operational and quality standards, support verification and validation before handover, and assist with readiness for audits, inspections and acceptance.
• Support commissioning, testing and final handover, and help prepare documentation for the Completion Certificate / FAC.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical discipline; a Master's degree or professional certification in Project Management or System Integration is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in system integration, large-scale infrastructure or technology projects.
• Proven experience in PMC roles during implementation phases, overseeing system integrators, vendors and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects through commissioning and the FAC stage.
