About the role
Lead Organizational Development and Total Rewards initiatives, ensuring HR programs align with business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Manage performance management and talent review processes.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
- Develop competency frameworks and career progression programs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, salary benchmarking, and annual salary reviews.
- Manage job evaluation and grading activities.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights for decision‑making.
- Support change management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead and develop the OD & Total Rewards team.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Organizational Development and Total Rewards.
- Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, WorldatWork) are a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel
- HRIS experience
