Technical Program Manager

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Technical Program Manager in Doha to manage end-to-end delivery of a contract, including SLA and KPI performance. The role acts as the main interface with the client and leads contract governance meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage manpower resourcing, mobilization and certified coverage across all technical disciplines.
• Handle escalations related to major incidents and SLA breaches.
• Manage OEMs and subcontractors under a single service delivery framework.
• Monitor commercial performance and cost-optimization commitments.
• Maintain contract risk registers and manage transition activities with minimal operational disruption.
• Review and approve monthly service performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional certification.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT/ELV service delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale 24/7 maintenance or managed-services contracts.
• Airport or mission-critical operations experience strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial, governance and leadership skills.
• Eligible to hold an MOI airport security pass and compliant with HSE and cybersecurity requirements.
