Time Keeper

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a full-time Time Keeper in Doha within the oil and gas sector. The role covers attendance and timesheet administration, including reconciling records, maintaining deployment files and supporting payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile biometric records, manual timesheets and supervisor-approved attendance reports.
• Maintain employee deployment records by project, location, shift and cost centre.
• Prepare daily manpower reports and weekly and monthly attendance summaries.
• Verify overtime entries against approvals and resolve discrepancies with site supervisors.
• Submit accurate, approved timesheets to HR and Payroll within the required deadlines.
• Track employee joining dates, transfers, demobilizations and last working days.
• Maintain confidential records and support payroll queries and attendance audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of timekeeping experience, preferably on projects with a large workforce.
• Experience in construction, industrial, oil and gas or manpower outsourcing environments.
• Strong understanding of shift schedules, overtime calculations and timesheet reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to meet payroll deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
