TS Systems Engineer – End User Technology (L3)

About the role

The End User Technology (EUT) Engineer provides Level 3 support for a large fleet of desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices across Qatar. You will manage Windows endpoint OS, application packaging and lifecycle, ensuring a secure, modern and reliable user experience for roughly 30,000 endpoints and 60,000 users.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert for Windows endpoint OS support and advanced troubleshooting.
• Diagnose, resolve and perform root‑cause analysis of complex configuration and performance issues.
• Manage, maintain and optimise Windows 11 build images in line with security baselines.
• Administer Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & SCCM) and Nexthink for device management.
• Oversee the full application packaging lifecycle: discovery, packaging, testing and release.
• Maintain software packages, OS builds and patch cycles using SCCM, Intune, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and drive an evergreen endpoint strategy.
• Provide L3 escalation support to Service Desk and regional IT teams within defined SLAs.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge‑base articles.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, ITIL processes and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an End User Technology or Windows Endpoint Engineer supporting large, distributed environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root‑cause remediation.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management and security governance.
