Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will be the primary liaison for restaurant and vendor partners, helping them maximise their presence on the platform, grow sales and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Analyse sales, operational and engagement data to provide data‑driven recommendations on menu performance, pricing, promotions and delivery logistics.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell services, suggest cross‑promotions and optimise partner content such as menu structure and images.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers to boost order volume.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Operations) to resolve partner issues and ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with service‑level standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales or Partner Success (food tech, FMCG or e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data dashboards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑first attitude and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
