Agentic AI Architect

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for an Agentic AI Architect in Doha to design and build multi-agent architectures for complex enterprise automation. The role covers orchestrating workflows across APIs, internal systems and data sources, and leading the technical strategy and mentoring of junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent architectures using AutoGen, CrewAI or LangGraph
• Implement tool-calling, function-calling workflows and RAG systems integrated with agentic reasoning
• Orchestrate workflows across APIs, internal systems and data sources
• Ensure reliability, observability and safety of agentic systems in production
• Lead technical strategy, define best practices and mentor junior team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or a related discipline
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, including 2+ years building agentic systems
• Proven track record of deploying production AI systems; portfolio and architecture diagrams required

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python
• Expert knowledge of agent frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph)
• Strong software engineering background with workflow orchestration and API integration
• Familiarity with vector databases, memory management and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage
