Assistant Manager – Treasury Sales

About the role
The Assistant Manager – Treasury Sales will market and cross‑sell treasury products to existing and new corporate clients, supporting the bank’s profit targets and portfolio growth.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve profit targets by marketing FX, interest rate and commodity derivatives to clients in Qatar.
- Manage dealing responsibilities on the FX and Money Market desk, ensuring adequate funding, profitable spreads and compliance with limits.
- Maintain foreign currency positions for Doha branches, reconcile exceptions and provide regular MIS reporting.
- Execute trades timely with the head office and counterparties, and support ALCO strategies for asset‑liability matching.
Required profile
- Post‑graduate finance qualification or MBA, preferably with CFA designation.
- 3‑4 years of sales experience in a large institution selling FX, interest rates and commodity derivatives.
- Strong understanding of treasury and capital markets products across FX, derivatives, commodities and money markets.
