Change Manager

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Change Manager in Doha to manage the complete IT change-management process. The role covers receiving, recording and categorizing Requests for Change, assessing their impact and risk, and running the Change Advisory Board.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record and categorize Requests for Change
• Conduct change impact and risk assessments using CMDB information
• Determine the appropriate level of technical and management scrutiny
• Chair weekly Change Advisory Board meetings and convene Emergency CAB meetings when required
• Maintain the Forward Schedule of Change and change-freeze periods
• Ensure rollback plans, security assessments and post-implementation reviews are completed
• Monitor change KPIs and continuously improve the change process

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in IT or Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of IT Service Management experience
• Proven ownership of change management in a 24/7 environment
• Strong communication, facilitation and CAB-chairing skills
• Must comply with airport HSE, cybersecurity and security-pass requirements

Required skills

• ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional, particularly change enablement
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, change governance and risk assessment
