Co-Founder – Gulf Expansion

About the role

We are seeking a co‑founder to lead the launch and growth of our Gulf entity across Doha, Kuwait City and Riyadh. The partner will own equity, shape market entry, build the team and drive the commercial engine from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and run the Gulf operation simultaneously in the three target markets, defining priority order.
• Lead business development activities: generate proposals, manage client relationships and close deals.
• Recruit, onboard and manage the local team as the business scales.
• Participate in strategic decision‑making at the founding table of the Gulf entity.

Required profile

• Proven experience building businesses or leading agencies in at least two of the three Gulf markets.
• Deep network and credibility with decision‑makers in the region.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire for equity ownership rather than a fixed salary.
