Construction Manager – Airport Cargo Terminal

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for an airport cargo terminal project. You will ensure that construction is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor all site construction activities, tracking the Main Contractor’s programme, milestones, and KPIs.
• Coordinate site logistics, construction interfaces, and stakeholder interactions with contractors, airport authorities, operators, and consultants.
• Support Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality teams to maintain compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve site‑related issues, oversee progress, and manage testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of construction management experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record delivering airport cargo terminals, logistics facilities, or other aviation infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder management and contractor coordination abilities.
• Degree in civil engineering.
