Consumer Protection and Postal Services Specialist

About the role

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is hiring a full-time Consumer Protection and Postal Services Specialist in Doha. The specialist supports consumer protection in the postal sector through data analysis and complaints handling, analysing complaints to find trends and risks and giving evidence-based insights that strengthen regulatory measures and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse consumer complaints data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Handle and resolve consumer complaints and inquiries.
• Research and write analytical reports on consumer trends and postal sector issues.
• Prepare reports, presentations and briefing materials to support decision-making.
• Maintain complaints records and keep data accurate for analysis and reporting.
• Support consumer awareness materials and outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support consumer protection measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, consumer protection, regulatory affairs or a related field.
• Experience handling consumer complaints, doing analytical research, or working in the postal, telecommunications or public sector is an advantage.

Performance is judged on timely analytical reports, accurate complaint analysis, efficient complaint resolution, clear reports and presentations, complete complaints records, and effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
