Project Manager - Qatar

About the role

A highly motivated and experienced Project Manager is sought to lead and manage complex enterprise projects from initiation to completion. The role calls for strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Project initiation: define scope, goals and objectives; develop detailed plans with timelines, resource allocation and risk assessments; secure resources and budget approvals.
• Project planning: create schedules and work breakdown structures, assign tasks and responsibilities, and develop communication plans for stakeholders.
• Project execution: monitor progress, resolve issues and conflicts, manage scope, and track performance against the plan.
• Project closure: conduct reviews, document lessons learned, finalize deliverables and hand them off to relevant teams.
• Team management: lead and motivate teams, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative culture.
• Stakeholder management: communicate with stakeholders at all levels, manage expectations, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• University graduate in a related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is mandatory.
• 5-10 years of project management experience with a proven track record.
• Dual-language proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Required skills

• Planning, organizing and executing projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana and Trello.
