Operations Coordinator - Lifting Solutions

About the role

EnerMech is a specialist service company delivering safe, integrated solutions for complex energy projects, with business lines covering Energy Solutions, Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions and Lifting Solutions. It is hiring an Operations Coordinator for its Lifting Solutions department in Doha, working on site within the Cranes area.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the validity of QIDs and MVE visas and work with HR on renewals
• Register new clients and vendors on the AVL system and support the Technical Sales Rep on AVL registrations
• Manage the application process of Offshore and RLIC passes, keep their validity tracked and follow up with crew on monthly timesheet submissions, then submit them to payroll
• Upload documents and certificates to the DAWINCI portal and coordinate with clients for chopper bookings and crew mobilization to and from the heliport
• Generate job numbers and job files, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and book flights and accommodation
• Manage offshore medical appointments, OMFC renewals and the onboarding tracker, and attend the weekly meeting with the mobility AMEC lead
• Support the operations team with RFQs, quotes and invoicing

Required profile

• Degree in Business or Engineering
• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• 4-6 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Local hires only in Qatar
