Dairy Process Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Dairy Process Project Manager to lead capital projects and drive continuous improvement across our dairy manufacturing facility in Qatar. The role combines project leadership, process engineering, and automation to deliver new products and enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring budget, schedule and quality targets.
• Drive process improvements to increase OEE, yield and overall operational efficiency.
• Manage new product industrialization (NPI) from pilot scale to commercial production.
• Lead automation and digitalisation initiatives, including PLC, SCADA, MES and IoT deployments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000/ISO 22000 and hygienic design standards throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Dairy Technology or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in dairy or food & beverage manufacturing, with proven CAPEX and process engineering background.
• Strong knowledge of dairy processing technologies, CIP/SIP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Project management certifications (PMP or PRINCE2) and Lean Six Sigma experience are an advantage.
