Digital Associate – Doha

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Junior Associate or Associate to join its Digital team in Doha. You will work closely with project teams and clients to solve complex business problems through technology, data, analytics, and digital transformation, delivering measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of digital transformation, technology, analytics, automation, AI, customer experience, operating model, or platform engagements.
• Own and drive discrete work modules, tracking progress against project goals and client impact objectives.
• Structure ambiguous business and technology problems into clear hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including market research, benchmarking, data interpretation, process assessment, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate analytical findings into client‑ready materials and practical implementation recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for digital enablement and business impact with clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to workshops, client discussions, and working sessions with clear, confident communication.
• Build trusted relationships with client counterparts and internal stakeholders.
• Manage junior team members and ensure high‑quality project outputs.
• Support internal knowledge development, thought leadership, and practice‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure complex issues.
• Background or interest in digital, technology, data, AI, analytics, or customer experience.
• Curiosity, clear communication, and a passion for digital innovation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in client‑facing environments.
