About the role
The Executive Chef leads the kitchen team at QC Media, ensuring the highest standards of food production, taste, and quality while managing costs and portion sizes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement menu changes in collaboration with the Hospitality team, reflecting customer demand.
- Control food costs by developing priced recipes, maintaining accurate pricing data, and supervising inventory purchases.
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with standards and conduct regular audits.
- Motivate and manage staff, providing direction, delegating tasks, and delivering performance feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends by attending conferences, meetings, and seminars.
Required profile
- Associate's degree in Culinary Arts.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high‑volume establishment.
- Proven ability to manage a large kitchen team and control food costs.
