About the role
The Finance Reporting, MI, Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for delivering all financial management information, reporting, planning and cost control activities for the CBIS, CB Leasing and CBRE entities. The role ensures accurate, timely reporting and supports strategic decision‑making through robust analysis and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and deliver all required financial and management information reports to internal stakeholders and external parties such as auditors on schedule.
- Generate, analyse and validate financial reports, ensuring data completeness and accuracy in systems.
- Lead the forecast and planning processes to align with the entity’s strategic objectives.
- Develop, enhance and maintain efficient reporting systems, SOPs and automation to improve MI production.
- Support KPI development, cost‑control initiatives and performance measurement across CBIS, CBRE and CB Leasing.
- Provide backup for finance team members, assist with tax matters and collaborate with the broader CB Finance team on system implementations.
