Fleet Support & IoT Engineer

About the role

The Fleet Support & IoT Engineer will help Mowasalat deliver safe, sustainable and technology‑driven transport solutions. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining IoT solutions and fleet support systems to optimise operations, improve safety and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy IoT solutions that integrate with existing infrastructure and platforms.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software supporting fleet and training environments.
• Maintain and optimise fleet management systems for real‑time tracking, maintenance scheduling, diagnostics and reporting.
• Analyse IoT and fleet data to identify trends, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, IT and customer service teams, and engage external suppliers and regulatory bodies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning and blockchain for fleet operations.
• Ensure confidentiality of technical and data assets and comply with security policies.

Required profile

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
