Food & Beverage Hostess

About the role

The Food & Beverage Hostess will support the overall F&B operations of a Tivoli hotel, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and the highest quality of food and beverage offerings. Working closely with the service team, the Hostess helps create a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s standards of elegance and hospitality. The role involves coordinating with kitchen and service staff, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth flow during peak periods. The Hostess will also contribute to training initiatives and help maintain the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily F&B operations to maximise guest satisfaction and business results.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and uphold quality standards for all products served.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service in line with brand and F&B guidelines.
• Support team member relations, provide training, and empower staff to solve problems effectively.
• Promote a strong team atmosphere and ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong passion for leadership, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Excellent guest service skills.
