Freelance AI Trainer – US Corporate Attorney

About the role

We are looking for a US‑qualified corporate attorney to work on a project‑based AI training platform. You will help shape and evaluate AI systems that generate legal content, ensuring they meet professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate challenging prompts that test AI reasoning on corporate law topics.
• Evaluate AI‑generated answers for correctness, underlying assumptions, and logical consistency.
• Improve AI reasoning by aligning outputs with first‑principles and accepted legal standards.
• Apply structured scoring criteria to assess multi‑step problem‑solving performance.

Required profile

• Law degree (JD, LLM, FLLM or equivalent) within the US legal system.
• Minimum 2 years of practice in US corporate law.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration.
