About the role
As a Guest Relations Officer at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay. You will anticipate needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their stay.
- Anticipate and respond to guest requests and inquiries in a helpful manner.
- Address and resolve guest concerns, ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Suggest alternative solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless experiences.
Required profile
- College degree in hotel management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Front Office systems.
