Guest Relations Supervisor - Arabic Speaker

About the role

Alwadi Hotel Doha, the first MGallery boutique hotel in Msheireb Downtown Doha, is looking for a Guest Relations Supervisor who speaks Arabic. The supervisor creates meaningful guest connections, ensures every guest feels welcomed and valued, and leads the Guest Relations team to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the Guest Relations team.
• Welcome guests warmly, bring the hotel's story and local identity to life, and anticipate guest preferences.
• Ensure VIPs, repeat guests and guests on special occasions receive thoughtful attention.
• Handle feedback, complaints and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
• Follow up regularly to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the stay.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for seamless guest journeys.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, online reviews and feedback, and maintain accurate guest profiles.
• Coach the team, ensure compliance with MGallery brand standards, and promote hotel facilities and local attractions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office; luxury or boutique hotel experience is an advantage.
• Previous supervisory experience guiding and motivating a team.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, able to communicate confidently with Arabic-speaking guests.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and personalized service.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of hotel operations and interdepartmental coordination.
• Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and leadership skills.
