Housekeeping Coordinator

About the role

Coordinate daily room assignments and special cleaning tasks for the housekeeping team at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor room status reports and update housekeeping systems.
• Handle incoming calls and dispatch requests to housekeeping staff promptly.
• Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, supporting ordering as needed.
• Prepare daily and monthly productivity, lost & found, and room status reports for management.
• Assist in training and supporting housekeeping associates with systems and processes.
• Liaise with Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless communication.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping, front office, or administrative support (hospitality preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with a guest service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel management systems such as Opera or Fidelio.
