About the role
The Junior F&B Attendant supports daily operations of the Food & Beverage department at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel by Tivoli. You will help deliver excellent guest service, maintain cleanliness, and ensure service standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating and table setup, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, and linens.
- Support food and beverage service by taking orders, communicating them to the kitchen or bar, and serving promptly under supervision.
- Refill water, clear used plates, and keep tables clean and organized.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, dining area, service stations, and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Respond politely to guest requests, report complaints or special requirements to the supervisor.
- Help with opening and closing duties, including mise en place and supply replenishment.
